the Artist
All the items shown on this site are handcrafted from
start-to-finish by myself.

I have been crocheting since a teenager but began
applying the technique to jewelry making only a few
years ago.

Half the fun in making my jewelry is choosing the
materials to work with. I love working with
semi-precious stones and crystals and combining
materials that at the same time compliment and
contrast each other in colour and texture. I create my
pieces to be worn regularly and thus I only use the
highest quality materials in them.

I love the bright colours found in nature in the
Caribbean and love to incorporate them into my
pieces.

I work with a "free form" creative process, which
simply means that very often when I start I do not
have a clear design in mind. The design evolves as I
create and often I start the process all over. Thus,
while some pieces may appear similar, you can be
ensured that no two pieces are identical.

I hope you will enjoy my creations and that you find a
piece you "must have". Please note though that we
are a true "one family show" and thus it may take a
moment for us to respond to your queries and/or
confirm your order. Please understand also that due
to having only one of each item, they are sold on the
"first come - first serve" basis.
