When the availability of item has been verified, an Order Confirmation will be e-mailed to you together with a Payment Request. The orders will be filled on "first come-first serve" basis.
Upon confirmation of your payment, the product will be shipped. Please see the shipping details below.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can settle the Payment Request for your order with all major credit cards via PayPal payment service or via an International Money Order or a Bank Transfer.
If you indicate on your Purchase Request Form that you wish to pay via International Bank Transfer, the necessary bank information will included in the Payment Request e-mail.
Cash-on-Delivery payment method (cash or local checks) is available for shipments within Barbados.
SHIPPING
The prices quoted for Suzka jewelry are exclusive of shipping charges.
All the U.S. orders will be shipped from our U.S. sales office located in New York City via Fedex Home Delivery (4 business days) unless otherwise requested. For transit times to international destinations, please refer to Fedex Rates & Transit Times.
The shipping/handling charge (US$10.00) will be charged for all the orders shipped from our U.S. Sales Office via above Fedex Service. If your order total is greater than US$250.00, this charge will be waived.
For the items shipped from Barbados to international destinations, the shipping/handling charge will be included in your Payment Request e-mailed to you after your order has been processed. The charge will depend on the buyer's preferred shipping method. Please refer to Fedex Rates and Transit Times for their estimated shipping charges. The cost of delivery via Barbados Postal Service Registered Mail for all international destinations is US$10.00.
If your purchase is shipped via Fedex, the tracking number will be e-mailed to you after shipping so that you can track your shipment via Fedex Tracking.
Shipments within Barbados are delivered free of charge.
Suzka Designs - PURCHASING
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders for Suzka creations will be accommodated but full payment upon the time of order will be required. Please contact Suzanne to discuss the piece you wish to order and for an estimate.
The delivery time will depend on the availability of materials requested and the complexity of the piece ordered.
Please note that due to the nature of creation process and the "uniqueness factor", Suzanne is unable to re-produce any previous design exactly but can accommodate requests for pieces of similar design. For those special orders please include the name/item number of design you like and the colour/materials desired on your Order Request.
ORDER CANCELLATION/PRODUCT RETURN
Any Suzka jewelry orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded in full within two days of receipt of Cancellation Request.
100% satisfaction guaranteed! Should you be dissatisfied with the product received for whatever reason, just return it to us and you will be issued a full refund upon its receipt.
Please note that in case of Special Orders, the designer reserves the right to retain 50% of the purchase price if the cancellation takes place after the completion of order, regardless whether the item has been shipped or not.
